Just Me Subscription:

  1. Members pay monthly and are locked in for the first 12 months. Then, it’s month-to-month.
  2. After checking out, click Dashboard to get to the portal. Click Learn from the top of the page to find all courses.
  3. Select your preferred course and click Enrol. Then you will be enrolled on that course. Click Start to start the course.
  4. While on the course, the left panel displays and tracks course progression. The right side of the page contains content.
  5. The assessments are not timed. All questions need to be answered correctly to complete the course. 
  6. All course progress is saved. In-progress courses appear in the My Courses section.
  7. The Dashboard displays a summary of courses attempted, certificates and CPD points. You can set a target CPD for the year in My Account.
  8. CPD Records automatically reports on all Bo2 Academy activities. The CPD report is downloadable.
  9. All external CPD activities can be logged easily, including CPD evidence. The combined CPD points are automatically logged.
  10. The My Account section keeps everything about the order. For example, this includes subscription, address, invoice, payment, and credit card-related information, as well as changing personal details and passwords.

Corporate subscriptions:

  1. An admin staff or a practice manager can purchase the Corporate subscription on behalf of the staff.
  2. A minimum of two staff members is required for a corporate account.
  3. During the purchase, the name of the organisation will be required. Adding the organisation name helps staff communication.
  4. This purchaser can easily add staff using multiple methods, including uploading a CSV file with staff details.
  5. Each staff member receives an invitation to log in to their account after being added to the organisation.
  6. Admin of the Corporate account (organisation leader) does not occupy a staff seat and is not allowed to access any course. So, the number of staff seats purchased is maximised, gaining CPD hours.
  7. More than one organisation leader can be added to the account with full access for shared staff management.
  8. Staff can be removed and new staff can be added without any hassle to the organisation.
  9. Staff get automatically enrolled on courses on their My Course
  10. Each staff member can track their own CPD and log all external CPD activities reportable at any stage.
  11. The organisation leader can view staff course, quiz and assignment progress and completion if required from an integrated tool.
  12. When a staff member is removed from the CPD organisation, the staff member does not lose the CPD records. To access all course and CPD details, staff members must log in to their individual account and purchase a Just me subscription using the same email address. After purchase, all the required details will be available to carry on.
